IRS Information

Each chapter will be provided with their own federal tax EIN# that will be used to establish a chapter bank account and can be given to vendors for fundraising initiatives.  The National Office will request the EIN#, this is not the responsibility of the chapter. 

Beginning in 2008, the IRS began requiring ALL Beta Beta Beta Chapters to annually report their finances through an online 990 E-postcard.  Since no chapters have gross annual revenue over $50,000, the annual IRS Form 990-N or 990 e-postcard filing will be done electronically by the National Office for each chapter.  If you receive any correspondence from the IRS, please email it to the National Office at tribeta@una.edu or send via mail.

Please download and complete the IRS Form 990-N for your chapter and upload to the National Office by October 31st, 2023.  This form is signed by the chapter verifying it had revenues less than $50,000 for the year.  The upload goes directly to the National Office Dropbox account.  There is no need to mail or email the form.
